Vitamin Sea Festival 2024
Join us for the annual Vitamin Sea Festival, a vibrant celebration of wellness, local cuisine, and seaside culture set in the stunning coastal town of Tramore. This three-day festival offers a diverse range of activities designed to energize your body, soothe your mind, and delight your senses.
Festival Highlights:
- Sunrise Yoga & Wellness Sessions: Start your day with energizing yoga sessions, followed by a healthy breakfast and a relaxing sauna. Choose from various times at the serene Newtown Cove, guided by Tidal Soul Wellness and other local wellness experts.
- Taste Tramore Tour: Embark on a culinary adventure on Saturday and Sunday, sampling delicious tasting dishes from local favorites such as Seagull Bakery, Beach House, and more. Follow the map to discover participating venues throughout the town.
- Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP): Experience the tranquility of sunrise and sunset SUP sessions. Combine paddling with a delicious meal, including pizza from The Shack or breakfast from Seabrew Coffee Van.
- Family-Friendly Activities: Enjoy family yoga, garden activities, and crafting workshops. There’s also a chance to join the Tramore Surf Shop for their Board ‘n’ Blaa event or create sushi at Seagull Bakery.
- Cultural Experiences: Take part in guided walking tours exploring Tramore’s rich history, from its maritime heritage to ghostly tales. Or, delve into artistic expression with workshops like ArtStorm by the Sea.
- Seafood & Street Food Extravaganza: Savor the flavors of the sea with a fish shop takeover, seafood feasts, and street food offerings throughout the weekend. Highlights include a pop-up by The Reckless Chef and a traditional paella night at The Ritz.
- Wellness Workshops: Participate in a range of workshops, including forest bathing, breathwork, and sound healing, all designed to rejuvenate your spirit.
- Eco-Friendly Initiatives: Join beach clean-ups organized by Tramore Tidy Towns and make a difference by collecting rubbish during your seaside adventures.
