Alex and Richie run Bahay, the pop-up that’s been turning heads with its knockout mix of Filipino flavours and Irish ingredients. Now, as part of the Blasta Book Series their book Masarap (that’s “tasty” in Tagalog) brings you a slice of his heritage, served up with heart, heat, and a whole lot of flavour.
On the evening, you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner inspired by the book and hear their personal journey, how food helped Richie to reconnect with his Filipino roots, and how two cultures came together, one dish at a time.
